My go-to watering hole for espresso martinis is the Devil’s Drink, a swanky cocktail bar with a satanic spin that just relocated to Platte Street. So I’m used to sipping spritzes inside a coffin all year. This month, other bars will join the demonic bandwagon and dress themselves in Halloween decor. Expect creepy cocktails, ghoulish garnishes, and menus with a touch of the macabre.

Last week we asked: Would you visit a witchcraft store in Denver? About 36 percent of respondents are eager to run their occult errands in Mile High City magick shops. Another 35 percent of voters were open to visiting but unsure they’d buy anything. And 25 percent don’t want to touch anything witchy with a 10-foot pole.
